PartyUp is not responsible for disputes between players.

6. Availability of Service

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted uptime

  • error-free functionality

  • compatibility with all Discord servers

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyUp and its operators are not liable for:

  • user behavior within squads

  • disputes between players

  • losses resulting from reliance on matchmaking or ratings

  • downtime or service interruptions

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Termination

PartyUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users or servers that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

Server administrators may remove the bot at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

PartyUp may update these Terms periodically.

When changes occur, the updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

PartyUp exists to help gamers find squads, build teams, and enjoy playing together. These guidelines help keep the community fun, fair, and respectful.

If you use PartyUp, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Be Respectful

Treat other players with respect.

No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or toxic behavior toward other players.

Trash talk is part of gaming — abuse is not.

2. No Cheating the System

Do not abuse PartyUp features such as:

  • Reputation or rating systems

  • Squad matchmaking

  • Queue mechanics

  • Bot commands

Fake reports, coordinated rating abuse, or system exploitation may result in removal from the platform.

3. No Spam

Avoid spamming:

  • Commands

  • Squad posts

  • Bot interactions

PartyUp is meant to help people find teammates, not flood channels.

4. Play Fair

If you join a squad or queue, show basic courtesy:

  • Don’t intentionally sabotage games

  • Don’t repeatedly abandon squads

  • Respect other players’ time

Your reputation in PartyUp reflects how you play with others.

5. Follow Discord Rules

All users must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using PartyUp.

If you break Discord’s rules, you may also lose access to PartyUp.

6. Enforcement

PartyUp reserves the right to restrict or remove access to users or servers that violate these guidelines.

Server moderators may also enforce their own additional rules.
